IG24 Rolls are the individual version of our bread with a glycaemic index of 24. Each bag contains 7 rolls of 50 g, ready to fill or toast. With 28 g of plant protein, 15 g of fibre and 5 g of carbohydrate per 100 g, they are a practical alternative to white bread for sandwiches, lunches and breakfasts on the go. Milk-free, egg-free and suitable for vegans.
Ingredients and allergens
Protein blend (28%) (wheat protein, soya protein), soya beans (21%), linseed (15%), sunflower seeds (9%), soya flour (6%), wholemeal wheat flour (6%), wheat bran (6%), apple fibre (3%), sesame (2%), salt (2%), barley malt flour (<2%), emulsifier: soya lecithin (<2%), acidity regulator: sodium diacetate (<2%), calcium propionate, sorbic acid, water and yeast.
Allergens: Contains cereals containing gluten, soya and sesame. May contain traces of lupin, hazelnut, egg and milk.
